1. Senior Application Engineer
泰科流体控制 (北京) 有限公司 上海
职位描述:
- 根据客户需求进行阀门的选型和报价
- 在项目投标中协助销售人员完成技术澄清及相关技术文件的准备
- 协助销售定单合同的执行及跟进
- 定期接受阀门产品的培训，掌握并精通相关阀门产品的技术特性及行业应用
任职要求:
- 大学本科，机械、自控、仪器仪表或相关专业毕业
- 3年以上工作经验
- 技术服务、机械、泵阀、电力设备、化工设备、工程设计院、工程公司以及进口贸易相关工作经验者优先考虑
- 良好英文沟通及电脑操作能力
- 能适应经常性出差
2. Senior FP&A Analyst – TFC Asia
泰科流体控制 (北京) 有限公司 上海
职位描述:
- Support the Senior Management’s decision making process by performing analysis around key business drivers including backlog, revenue, gross margin, SG&A expenses and working capital
- Work closely with Asia FP&A team members to roll out training and institutionalize consistent monthly financial forecasting and analysis across Asia
- Partner with Operation Excellence team on productivity, sourcing and cost savings projects
- Drive project(s) on forecast accuracy
- Participate in and support all facets of the annual budget and planning process, helping drive consistency, timeliness, completeness and accuracy
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial data in a concise and pertinent format to be used by Senior Management for reviews
- Participate in key business initiatives, prepare “what-if” scenarios on certain business levers, and perform benchmarking and other ad-hoc analysis as necessary
任职要求:
- 3-6 years finance experience
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, financial processes and internal controls
- Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations
- Background in financial analysis, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas, particularly operational finance experience a plus
- Requires strong finance and accounting knowledge
- Superior PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Hyperion
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across Asian cultures
- Track record of continuous career progression, as role is meant to be a stepping stone into other roles within Tyco International
- Willing to travel (approximately 10% - 20%)
